- What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any change. Sorry about that!
- What if I need to cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, go to Order Lookup, enter your email and order number, click 'Cancel Order', and then click 'Confirm order cancellation'. Once canceled, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email shortly!
- How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Customer Support at info@roofropcelery.com right away.
- What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'Track It' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

- My package is lost!
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Support right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- What does it mean if an item is Waitlisted?
If an item is Waitlisted it means that we will most likely be making more! Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.
- Where do I enter a promo code?
Select “View Bag” before checkout to enter your promo code.
- What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, e-gift card or exchange.
- Can I return Final Sale items?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please check returned policies.
